Can I switch plans without penalties?

Absolutely. Change whenever you want—month to month. No lock-in contracts, no fine print nonsense. If Sentinel stops working for you, downgrade to Guardian. If you need Fortress later, we're here.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your data stays encrypted and secure. You'll get warnings starting 14 days before your subscription ends. Miss payment? You've got 30 days to catch up before we archive your account. Your stuff doesn't disappear—we just pause access.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yeah. Pay yearly and save 18% on Guardian or Sentinel. That's $516/year instead of $564 for Guardian. Fortress customers work directly with us on terms. Most do better with annual billing.

Is there a free trial?

No trial, but here's what we do: first month is half price for Guardian. Gives you 30 days to poke around, upload some assets, see if it clicks. If it doesn't, walk away. No credit card even required for that first month.
